Unlike traditional meditation practices that involve sitting and closing your eyes, Meditation Moves encourages an active form of meditation. Led by Master Li, a Chinese grandmaster of Six Harmony and Natural Style kung fu, these sessions guide you through movements that promote correct breathing and body alignment.

Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. Unfortunately, the current term of in-app subscriptions cannot be cancelled. However, you have the flexibility to disable automatic renewal through your iTunes account settings at any time.
